fine view nice personnel amazing food terrace studio
the hotel impressed me. my terrace studio fountain view was fine and showcased a magical view. the front desk personnel acted nicely. the food, i must say, was amazing!!!
i found the elevators to be a bit slow. waiting times sometimes stretched beyond twenty minutes and they often felt crowded. accessing different floors required patience.

clean room spacious room convenient location
i loved the terrace studio fountain view. it offered very nice views of the fountains. the room was very clean and spacious, a real plus. quick check-in made everything easier and smoother for me. i also found its location to be very convenient.
I did notice that the balcony lacked a proper lounge couch. Made relaxing a bit challenging. it would enhance the experience if it had some better seating.

the hotel offers easy access to several adjoining properties by indoor bridgeways. aria, vdara, and bellagio were all easily accessible. planet hollywood was also a quick walk away, convenient for exploring.

the location was prime, being conveniently situated near various attractions.
the housekeeping services were subpar. i found that my room was MISSING towels upon arrival. this INCONVENIENCE required me to contact guest services multiple times, wasting my precious vacation time.

luxurious bedding beautiful tile work convenient walkway easy access
my check-in process was quick. I received a lovely upgrade to a balcony. the bedding was luxurious. the bathroom had beautiful tile work. the location IS fantastic with easy access to nearby shops. the air conditioned walkway to other resorts was very convenient.
the minibar was NOT restocked. this caused some minor confusion at the front desk. however, it was quickly resolved.

drink service on the casino floor was VERY good. you can specify top-shelf liquor for ANY cocktail you want while gaming, and the service staff is attentive and friendly. the variety of restaurants offers many choices.

The room had two refrigerators. one contained drinks for purchase. The other was available for personal use. the shower water was hot. the pillows were super soft, and the bed provided a restful experience. the room overlooked the fountain.

The hotel boasts massive chandeliers and lavish interiors. air conditioning is readily available throughout the premises. the identity desk staff was especially helpful. it made it easy to remain comfortable even in record temperatures. We loved the pool. BUT the view was amazing!
